I just bought a property in Redfern that was represented by Simone Azzi and Ralph Daher. The whole process was simple and uncomplicated. Ralph was accessible and flexible with access to viewing the property and any questions I had. On the day I signed the contract, Simone was swift and efficient and made the whole process go smoothly. Ralph and Simone were professional and also warm, friendly and approachable. Stress levels are stratospheric during the purchase of property. Simone and Ralph helped to lesson the pain. Thank you so very much.

Simone and her team helped me sell my first property in Australia and they were highly professional, attention to detail and were always open to a discussion about the market, timing and pricing. Would highly recommend.

She managed to organise me and all the trades to get my house presentable and on the market very quickly. I appreciated getting my house sold promptly in Leichhardt. Her and Ralph make a great team, and I liked having both of them available any time I needed. Overall, the positive stress-free experience which I greatly appreciate.

Simone’s success comes from an unwavering dedication to hard work, sharp marketing acumen, and skilful negotiation. Her meticulous approach to selling our house enabled us to achieve a very successful outcome. It’s a testament to Simone that she was the agent that sold us our property, that we were so impressed we asked her to represent us for the same property when we became the vendor years later. Will use Simone and her highly competent team again and again.

Rebecca was an excellent choice for the recent sale of our Lilyfield home owing to her excellent knowledge of the local market. From the outset Rebecca gave us a clear plan to get our home onto the market and executed the plan perfectly. She also gave excellent advice at every step of the sales process so that we felt in control from start to finish.

We first met Simone when we were looking for a property through a buyer’s agent. Our brief landed in her inbox and she found us the perfect place almost immediately. Since then we’ve engaged Simone to successfully sell two properties. We were very happy with the outcome of both sales, and Simone was a pleasure to work with right throughout the process. Simone is well connected and relationships are at the heart of her work. We highly recommend Simone!

I knew I was going to allow Simone to sell my property right from the outset. She did not disappoint. Having dealt with a number of agents over the years, I can say Simone was a breath of fresh air. Pleasant to deal with, delivered on her promises, and professional from start to finish and willing to go over and above. Absolutely no hesitation to recommend Simone to any prospective vendor.
