In what is a highly emotional and uncertain process for many, Simone was very professional and transparent in all the details. She was very respectful and warm in her communication. It's quite refreshing to be able to work with a professional real estate agent.

Michael and the team at Belle Property Annandale are consummate professionals with an in-depth knowledge of the local market. Selling a property can be a stressful time but we trusted the team at Belle from our initial meeting with them. They provided excellent advice and guidance through the whole process of selling our apartment. Michael provided sound and timely advice and feedback and kept informed on a regular basis. He was a delight to work with.

Selling my home of nearly 30 years was a daunting decision. I charged Rebecca & Will with this responsibility and they did not fail me. The price prediction was accurate and my home sold within the month. They were able to refer me to local services and trades to prepare my home for sale which made for a perfect launch and less stressful campaign. Both Rebecca & Will communicate brilliantly, and displayed a level of care and honesty I did not expect in Real Estate.I am incredibly grateful to both.

The agent Ralph Daher who represented me for bidding was excellent as I was not able to be present at auction-

Simone was a great partner in the process. There was no hard sell, rather a relationship based approach that helped us achieve the outcome that was best for our family.
