My husband and I attended the first open home and due to the property having two entrances (via the front door off the sidewalk and at the back entrance driveway off the street) it was a bit chaotic with people coming through two entrances. For control and Covid safety it would have been better to have a single entrance. Simone was always easy to talk to and deal with, however at times I felt she was rushed and a bit distracted at the open homes. The purchase of the property was straightforward and without stress.

Robert and the team (Michael and Madeleine) were very helpful and professional. We had comprehensive reports and updates throughout the campaign. Nothing was to much trouble, we don't live on site and are approximately 90 minutes away. The team arranged the painting, cleaning, carpet cleaning, electrician and handyman on our behalf. Can't thank them enough for their advice and assistance. Belle Property had also managed the property as a rental over the last 5 years and we can't fault the service we received (Thanks Walter).

Selling a property during a pandemic was a bit daunting but the team took care of everything from painting, styling and taking care of all aspects so seamlessly that the whole process was a breeze. We only had to attend the property once throughout the process making it very convenient for us as we try and plan for an overseas move. The communication from the team throughout was clear and concise and we always felt that they had our best interests at heart whilst also doing the right thing for potential purchasers. We got the result we wanted without having to go to auction and are very pleased with the outcome.
