From the beginning of our relationship with Simone we felt confident about her ability to understand our needs and hopes. After 25 years in our Leichhardt home we had very mixed feelings about selling and downsizing, but Simone assured us of a good outcome and was sensitive throughout the build up both to the campaign and during it. There were many complications to be overcome. Our family needed to remain in the home, having lived there for two years while we rented an apartment. This meant that viewings had to be undertaken with them in residence. The other significant complication was, of course the ongoing pandemic and lockdown of Greater Sydney. We were quite spooked by all this but Simone and her colleague (the very wonderful Joseph Lombardo), accommodated all those difficulties and arranged private viewings. They arranged for a highly competent handyman (Michael) to undertake some painting and basic interior work and Michael did a splendid job, having to work his way round our family and their furniture. Simone oversaw all these arrangements and kept us calm and focused as Covid 19 stymied many situations. As interest increased and then waned in our property, we needed all the reassurance we could get and Simone and Joseph were always on hand to provide encouragement and great advice. The final outcome was excellent with a good price and the purchaser vowing to live in the property and not knock it down, which was another great fear of ours, given our very sentimental attachment to our home - which had been the family home for so many of us. I cannot recommend Simone highly enough. Her formidable reputation is well deserved and we would not hesitate to refer others to Belle, Simone and of course, Joseph.
