Simone exceeded our expectations in every way. She is honest, hard working and has a lot of integrity which are important qualities to us. We first met Simone around 5 years ago when we were considering selling. We were indecisive and ended up deciding to stay in our house, 2 years later the same thing happened, we decided to stay again. Simone never pressured us, never over promised what we could achieve price wise and was honest with us always. Other agents tried to pressure us to sell, and one even complained we were wasting their time. Simone was supportive and just did what smart and professional agents do: she wanted to be the agent who sold our house when we were ready not when it suited her. That’s why when we decided it was time to sell, we had no doubts about Simone. She listened closely to all of our needs, and built enough trust with us that we listened to her advice when the time came.
