Michael has been a great agent to work with. He is very approachable and has kept the communication lines open while I was overseas during the whole process. He managed to sell the property prior to auction at the owner's price given the market has slow down and knows how to build a rapport with potential buyers. I have high confidence in Michael and Robert that I would recommend them to anyone.
