I purchased it as a home to live in but hopefully if I sell it in the future or rent it out it is also a desirable property. Lauchlan, Alex and James were quite good and made the process quite easy. On my first viewing I showed up a little late but Alex was happy to let us have a quick look around. We questioned why the contract says the unit may not be acceptable to renting out, at the moment that is not an issue but we wondered for future possibilities why it might not be able to be rented. Lauchlan wasn't sure why that was in the contract and said it had been rented out before.
