Although we had no bids at auction, only one...

Although we had no bids at auction, only one interested buyer and the house sold for about $300,000 less than we had initially hoped, this was a complex and unusual situation involving a deceased owner/builder. In these circumstances, Andrew James did a terrific job of getting the sale over the line.
