Michel Swainson sold my property with professionalism, efficiency, courtesy and kept me updated every step of the way. Michel helped with every question I had and guided the sale brilliantly.
Michel was fantastic throughout the whole sale process. He was punctual, honest and trustworthy and gave us comfort throughout our sales journey. We are very grateful to have had him as our agent and would definitely recommend to others.
We worked with Michel from Belle Property to both purchase and sell a property, and he was exceptional throughout the entire journey. From day one, he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and always kept us informed every step of the way. What really stood out was the support he provided beyond the buying and selling process. Michel took the time to share valuable advice on renovations and what appeals to buyers in the market, which played a significant role in helping us maximise the return on our property during the renovation process. His communication, expertise, and genuine willingness to help made a stressful process feel seamless. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michel to anyone looking to buy or sell property. An absolute legend and a pleasure to work with.
Michel helped us with our apartment sale and achieved a fantastic result in a very short space of time. HIs knowledge of the suburb and market dynamics were invaluable. His communication through the process was fantastic.
We had a buyer's agent assist us as we live interstate. The Belle agent had emailed us with a "first to see" property which we liked and then found that the same agent had another "first to see" property that we also liked. After contacting the agent, he offered to take videos of both at the open inspections that day, which he did and forwarded to us. Our buyer's agent also attend in person and we made an offer on our preferred property shortly thereafter.
Michel has 4 properties for sale and sold 64 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
