Seamless, we saw the notice on the property and contacted Loretta, and she spoke with the vendor about pricing and the fact that the purchase would be subject to our current property being sold. He agreed and the contract was signed. Our existing property was sold by Loretta within a few days and settlement of both properties will be concurrent on 30 August.
