I cannot praise Herman highly enough. He is an excellent realtor.

I wanted to sell one of my units in Belmore. I approached a couple of sales agents who came and assessed my unit. I considered their initial assessments as too low so I decided to delay putting my unit to market. Later on two properties were sold in my building in quick succession by Herman Chan of Belle Property Ashfield. And they were sold over $200,000 more than what the two sales agents previously quoted me. I was very impressed. So I contacted Herman and he came and inspected my property. He suggested to remove the huge built in wardrobe from the 2nd bedroom as it made the room smaller. He made a list of other things I might want to do to make my unit more attractive to buyers. In the middle of all these I had to move to NZ as previously planned. In my absence Herman got me all the tradies I needed and supervised them himself. He looked for builders, painters, cleaners and even stylists. All I had to do was choose which ones. He kept me updated and informed every single step of the way. He coordinated everything from start to finish. And I was consulted on everything. Even when he had to go hospital for an operation he kept on working. I was really amazed with his dedication and work ethics. There was no way I could have done it on my own without Herman. Even on weekends, public holidays, late nights Herman made himself available. All I had to do was message him and he promptly answered. Even when buyers were lining up, Herman was still meticulously scrutinizing them to my advantage. At one stage I had 7 properties. I had renovated all of them bar one so I know what I am talking about. His market knowledge, communication and negotiation skills and professionalism are excellent. So if you are selling and you want to get the best possible money for your property do yourself a favor. Go to Herman Chan of Belle Property Ashfield. I got just over $250,000 more on mine. I could not be happier.
