I’ve sold several properties over four decades and I have to say this is the first time that I’ve felt the agent really earned their fee - a rare compliment I think. From the first meeting we were told they would support us strongly through the process and had a great team to make the process smooth and unstressful. While it can never be unstressful by its very nature, we were very surprised by the level of support and communication that we received, and we did find the whole team were on call for us throughout, whether finding tradesmen to help with preparation, a brilliant stylist to advise and assist with maximising the house presentation or after hours updates when needed.
