We could see that Belinda and Nick Bedford, from Belle Property in Beecroft, work very closely together. While we had more contact with Nick, it was obvious that Belinda was also working hard for us. They each dealt with people wishing to buy our house and they obviously know which people will respond better for Nick or Belinda. We were impressed with Belinda's knowledge of the market and her passion to do the right thing by us and the potential purchasers. As she said, "I live in Beecroft. I don't want to run into people at the shops if they believe I have not done a good job." We had an excellent result that exceeded our expectations. Good job Belinda!

We were impressed with Nick and his team's professionalism on our first meeting. They checked out our home and then met with us again with a realistic valuation of our home and how they would manage the campaign to sell our property. Obviously, given COVID, things had to be manage differently but this was done almost seamlessly. Everything progressed as per the plan outline given to us prior to commencing. Within eight days the property was sold for much more than we expected. Nick impressed on a number of fronts. 1) He clearly know the market in Beecroft. 2) He clearly knows how to market and sell property. 3) His communication with us was excellent. We knew exactly what he was doing and why. 4) His selling and negotiation skills are obviously brilliant given the rapidity in which our property sold. 5) He obviously knows how to manage potential buyers and their situation. 6) He obtained a much higher result than we expected. 7) He obviously has a passion for what he does. I can recommend him unreservedly to sell anyone's property.
