Belinda was recommended to me by a trusted friend. There was no doubt from our first meeting that Belinda was an experienced R/E professional. She knew the local market but this was changing with the uncertainties of the Federal Election and the softening f the market generally. She worked hard with an excellent product but in a very difficult market. With a free reign to allow viewings to prospective buyers on request she showed the property to over 80 groups with 26 Contract requests. She also recommended pest & building reports as interest mounted and demand for this information increased. In the end we managed to secure 7 registered bidders and although they were all reluctant to get actively involved in the auction process, she did squeeze every available dollar from those willing to engage. While the final price was below my expectations by about 3%, I am satisfied that it reflected the market at that time. I was glad that she was my agent.
