Matt is very personable and made us feel comfortable with the process from the start. He made sure his team understood what we wanted and ensured we were happy each step of the way. Anika from his team communicated regularly throughout the entire process and both Matt and Anika were always quick to respond to our questions. We were given realistic expectations from the start, and all costs were provided up front. The team provided all the support we needed to bring the house up to the standard needed to sell. We got a great result, which we are sure was because Matt chose the right strategy for our circumstances.
