The initial enquiry through the process of arranging an appointment and inspection of the property was good. Time was allowed during the inspection. A subsequent offer was made and kept up to date quite well from there to the purchase.

We selected Jane at Belle Property Berry as we had a unique property that was tucked away in a private location, but needed to be seen to be appreciated and this is what Jane understood very clearly. Throughout the process this proved to be a good decision and Jane was calm, measured and believed in the process. I would highly recommend using Jane to either buy a property through, or sell a property for you as there is an authenticity in her work ethic and calmness that was really evident and would be effective regardless of the objective.
