Nicole Bradler has been a fantastic property manager since 2015 for my properties. Always answering calls and SMS promptly. We recently had a very difficult tenant situation that Nicole handled with the utmost professionalism. This involved not only liasing with the tenant yet also keeping me as the landlord up to date.
