Matt recommended an Auction from the onset, and explained the process involved. This appealed to us, because we enjoyed the idea of building a rhythm and interest with potential buyers. Behind the scenes knowing we were going into a 4-week course of action helped in the preparation for open houses. In addition, the sales team were able to refer skilled and competent specialists to assist with work and inspections required on the property prior to selling. The Belle ensemble even helped to move a couple of larger items of furniture around when my husband was out of town! There were no limits to the warm communication and fantastic assistance to make this sale as smooth and relaxing as possible.
