We’d had a bad experience with a previous vendor’s agent which lead us to be cautious but over time we realised everything he told us aligned with objective reality. Whilst a strong negotiator he was ethical and courteous throughout. Since the contract was signed his whole team have been so helpful and responsive.

Ed was very transparent throughout the buying process. He seems good at matching a buyer with the most suitable property to suit their stage in life and what they can afford. I also felt he really was in my court whilst also being a mediator to other buyers and the vendor. Whilst of course I paid more than I wanted and it was too expensive (what everyone says) I do feel he assisted me to negotiate well in a competitive bidding war. Whilst he has a sales style it is patient and not over the top, obviously why he is successful. I would recommend Ed and Belle Property Bondi Junction to others.
