In a rising market, it's easy to sell houses. In a time of uncertainty, Ed's skills , relationship and dedication made all the difference.  Ed was excellent at managing our expectations, and we were very happy with the price he achieved.    He had an excellent relationship with potential buyers, which really helped. (We had also been to many home opens where we were potential purchasers, so had a good feel for Ed's approach).   I can see why he's sold most of the houses in our street, and sold so many houses for our friends, and would recommend him highly to any potential vendors.
