More than ever, speed, transparency, excellent communication and in-depth market knowledge assist sellers and buyers not just in a rising market but shifting. Edward and the team could not have made the sale more 'user friendly': they were knowledgeable, effective, kept us informed and courteous at every step of the sale from our initial inquiry to settlement. Belle provided a turnkey service including recommending and arranging some 'touch-ups' to the property prior to listing, a sensible marketing plan, styling and dressing the property and dealing with a few minor problems as they arose. Over the years we have sold many properties, nobody else ever came close to making it this hassle free. Thank you Belle Bondi Junction for a job well done. We will be back.
