Edward Brown was a professional from the start. He was honest with where the vendor was sitting in regards to price - which is refreshing. Particularly in this market. He was persuasive without being too pushy. Most importantly he knew his product. When we next sell a property I know I would want Edward to sell it after seeing him operate from a buyers perspective. Highly recommend.

My wife and I recently sold our home in Randwick and we are incredibly grateful to Ed and his team for their hard work and service in delivering a fantastic result for us, well above what we had thought possible. Ed is extremely courteous and valued our opinion and feedback, but was also able to provide very helpful advice and consultation to assist us in the decision making process. Most importantly he is a genuine person and an excellent communicator (he would contact us on a near-daily basis to keep us up to date with the sales process). His team, led by Michelle, are hard-working and organised, and had our home ready for sale within a matter of days. Ed has a strong knowledge of the area, and with that a large database of potential buyers.
