We met Edward at the beginning of our search for a family home. We were immediately impressed by Edward’s comprehensive understanding of Sydney’s eastern suburbs. Not only does he work in the area but also grew up in the area, so he was able to give us a thorough understanding of the suburb in which we were looking, right down to the individual streets and neighbourhoods within it. Ourselves new to buying in the area, we found this an invaluable attribute in a real estate agent, which inevitably led to us to buying there. Edward encouraged us to come and view a property that we had noticed online, but were unsure if it would “tick” all of the boxes in terms of what we wanted in a forever home. We must have spoken for over an hour prior to viewing the property, to the point that I felt thoroughly informed on the location, neighbourhood and structure of the property and very excited to see it. Ed Brown and his team at Belle Property Bondi were recommended to us by friends and after researching Ed's transactions and meeting Ed we asked him to act on our behalf for the sale of our property.
