The new owners should have been told to send the building inspector and pest control once my self and 3 tenants vacated. Tamyla texted to say that the settlement may not happen on 14/6/2022?? When the owner and myself agreed to that date. I’m waiting for the funds to purchase another place, she cannot tell me the settlement date, so I can purchase the other place. I cannot purchase another house until I have the funds from broome. Kimberley Property Settlement rang me on yesterday regarding my documents as they did not have them, I contacted Tamyla. Last night she texted to say that the documents where with Kimberley Property Settlement, I stated Yes after I mentioned to you. She kept texting ‘your papers are with Kimberley Property Settlement’. She would not admit she forgot to pass the paperwork’s over. If I lose this house I’ve put an offer on, I would not be happy. I’m sorry to say this but I wish I never employed her.
