I had the same property on the market with this agent about 2 - 3 years ago and the property did not sell despite the best possible effort by the principal and his team. While the property was on the market for a long time, not once during that period has the agent tried to influence or put any pressure on me in relation to any of my decisions. We could not have asked for a better result or agent. Sam’s understanding of real estate sales and how to get the best from the market is astounding.
