We had tried unsuccessfully to sell one of our investment properties with other agents, some who warned us against listing with Tony O’Doherty. However, having seen some of the results Tony was getting in our area and the very short time he was taking to get these deals done I knew we had to get him onboard. Straight up Tony was 100% honest with us about what level of pricing he believed he could achieve but that didn’t stop him from striving to reach beyond for us. Tony managed to get a deal done relatively fast given the length of time we had already been on the market and at a price inline with our expectations - unfortunately COVID-19 hit and our buyers couldn’t settle. Undeterred and more committed than ever Tony and his team went straight back to work in what has been extremely unchartered and challenging times for buying and selling property. At no point were we ever beat up on taking a fire sale low price and despite the COVID-19 challenges Tony managed to pull some pretty impressive numbers through our home, always working and adjusting the strategy to attract the right buyer. Tony is an astute listener, expert communicator and motivated self-starter.
