From the proposal stage through to the preparation for sale stage Sam was professional, responsive and provided objective advice. He assisted with trades and services to prepare the property and this whole stage went well, even when a surprise arose that identified some extra work. He was proactive in helping my get the problem assessed and quoted so we were pretty much able to maintain the start date for marketing. Sam was well supported by his team and knew the local market intimately. He also proposed a selling strategy and method that differed from the other proposals, but was best for my property and situation. Communication during the marketing campaign period was excellent, with ongoing weekly updates and discussions and specific discussion for each offer as it was received. The whole process was professional and thorough. The property sold a few days before auction and I was very happy with the result. The office admin side was also very efficient and seamless right through to settlement.
