This whole process was very smooth dealing with Joel as the selling agent. I work weekends so it was hard to get into see prospective properties on open days. I saw this property on a Thursday afternoon and contacted Joel who took me around the property that night around 5.45pm. Just wonderful service. I had looked at a few properties over the the weeks and some companies even 3 or 4 days out were not willing to show a property out of hours even thought I explained that I was working on a weekend. He really showed me around the property pointing out features and ideas offering relevant information for me based on our discussion. Joel offered advice and insight to the local market for this type of property in this area. He kept in touch with updates almost daily through the whole process and was there for me if I had any questions. Joel was very willing to fit around me and my work schedule to be able to visit the property again for a pre-settlement inspection. This was very relaxed and not rushed at all enabling me to take measurements and photographs. On the whole a very easy, relaxed, professional, prompt and friendly experience dealing with Joel and Belle Property. Thanks alot Joel, keep keeping it real.
