I contacted and during our first conversation over the phone, Joel asked questions and took notes of my requirements of aiming to sell this property by June 2020. He was highly attentive and returned all my phone calls and e-mails on the same day, and followed up with all the paper work required for listing the property and thereafter contract for sale.
