This was a deceased estate property sale that Nicholas handled on behalf of the executors. The marketing campaign, the liaising with the solicitors and executors were all professionally handled. The advice given was good. There was quite a number of open houses that were organised and the reports on those inspections were well presented and the comments contained therein helpful. The process of sale was seamless and went without a hitch. The property was a difficult one to market due to the fact it was on 3 titles with riparian rights. Nicholas obtained all the relevant information prior to marketing so that no question asked would go unanswered as regard planning issues, developments etc... Nicholas is a credit to the real estate fraternity of Cairns.

They say that timing is everything ! Kaine was proactive with sales in a certain Unit complex I was interested in. I had a feeling I needed to keep in touch with him about same.
