The "video walk through" is a must for anyone trying to sell the property to a wider audience than just the local market in Cairns/Palm Cove and is well worth the investment. Joel kept me up to date on the sale process with weekly updates via realestate dotcom , Belle and Domaine websites as well as regular phone calls and Joel would also provide feedback from any openhouses that were undertaken.
