When I decided to sell my investment property...

When I decided to sell my investment property in Palm Cove, I went straight to Joel as he knows the market in Palm Cove really well. His advice pre listing was excellent and his communication was frequent and appropriate. While Joel was away on leave - which he told me about before I listed, Claire Cocks stepped in for Joel and she too was amazing. The back office admin at Belle Cairns was also excellent. Efficient and easy to work with. All up a great team who achieved a result that made me very happy!!
