I never considered another agent. Joel has always been there throughout our ownership of the property to advise on market conditions etc. When the time came to sell the entire process was smooth and transparent from whoa to go. The best agent I have ever dealt with in my 60 years of owning properties.

My experience of selling my property was painful and protracted but this was in no way down to Joel. The issue was entirely with the buyers and Joel stuck with it and eventually another buyer was found. Joel's local knowledge of the area and his connections within the complex were invaluable. He kept me informed at all times and I would highly recommend anyone to use his services.
