Joel Cuman is a very professional and experienced real estate agent with exceptional knowledge of the area he deals within. Joel was not overbearing and offered sound advice from his local knowledge. He would make suggestions on the marketing program that should be taken but would also consider the sellers views as well. The "video walk through" is a must for anyone trying to sell the property to a wider audience than just the local market in Cairns/Palm Cove and is well worth the investment. Joel kept me up to date on the sale process with weekly updates via realestate dotcom , Belle and Domaine websites as well as regular phone calls and Joel would also provide feedback from any openhouses that were undertaken.
