We recently purchased our new place in Braddon with the help of Oumaya. We are moving to Canberra from interstate and Oumaya was incredibly helpful in assisting us with the sales process in the ACT as it was quite different to what we were used to. She guided us right through the process and was always available to answer our questions, and worked hard to get the sale wrapped up in a timeframe that worked for both us and the seller. Her communication style was open and friendly, and we always felt like we knew where we stood in the process. Andrew was very helpful during our open home inspection answering all of our questions. He was pleasant to communicate with and provided us price feedback openly.
