Linda Lockwood, with the support of her team at Belle Property, Kingston, managed the sale of our property expeditiously and with the minimum of fuss. It had been rented through Belle until late November, and the sales process commenced thereafter. The sale, in early January, meant that we had minimal financial loss that would have occurred with a lengthy sales process, due substantially to Linda's comprehensive knowledge of the Kingston and surrounds market, but especially the 'Aurora' building. We can't thank her enough, but also Richard and his team there for the professional and informed manner that they demostrated through the 4 years that we had them as our rental property managers.

What a positive experience! Steve’s open communication and honesty in what was needed to get my home ready for sale and on the market in a timely manner was invaluable and he went above and beyond to help me achieve this. Steve’s knowledge of the market, experience and excellent negotiating skills are greatly appreciated, and achieved the pre auction sale of my home. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home.

From our initial meeting Steve showed his enthusiasm for his profession. His knowledge of the market and the current and proposed future development of the area as well as its demographic was accurate and concise. Whilst always acting professionally Steve was personable and friendly and kept me informed of all developments leading into and during the marketing program. His handling of the sale negotiations were excellent, culminating in a very successful sale result. I doubt you'll find a better agent in the ACT. Thank you sincerely Steve. ..

Steve Whitelock showed the enthusiasm and dedication he has for his profession from our first meeting. My brother and I requested he meet us at our property at very short notice, to give us an appraisal of its value if we were to put it to auction. Steve had researched the property's history and Heritage Listing prior to attending the appointment and answered all questions asked of him with accurate and honest answers. His knowledge of the market and the current and future development of the area was impressive. As both my brother and I live interstate and the property needed work done before being ready to present one the market for sale , Steve volunteered to source trades people and oversee the work to be done. This was without any additional fee, only the agreed commission on completion of the sale. Steve was professional, efficient and polite yet pleasantly friendly throughout the entire process, which at times was a little stressful and needed the appropriate amount of humor I can only praise and compliment Steve for the job he did for us, ending with any extremely successful sale result. Thank you Steve.

Lauren was amazing to work with. It was my first experience selling a home and she made the entire process easy and painless. She is a fantastic communicator so I knew where things were up to and what the next steps were. Her sales strategy worked well which shows her knowledge of the market. I had a fabulous experience with Lauren and would highly recommend her.

Our neighbours had sold their property through Belle, so they were already on my radar as they had mentioned the great experience and that they would recommend Belle. we’re still going through the purchase process, but so far it has been pretty smooth.

Having Lauren as the selling agent made buying the property so easy. When I explained what I was looking for she was able to instantly tell me about an off market opportunity. Lauren was accommodating, friendly and always happy to meet at times that suited me. I was never left waiting for her to arrive. Lauren’s demeanour was welcoming and nothing g was too much trouble. She was enthusiastic and encouraging every step of the way. I am sure the seller as had a positive experience just like I have had as a buyer.
