Could not have asked for a better level of service, our best experience with a real estate agent. Andrew outlined a very clear approach to the sale of our property and employed a fantastic photographer/videographer to represent what we thought were the best aspects of our property in the marketing material. Andrew is up-front, dynamic, sincere, a great communicator and always responded in a timely manner to our enquiries, but was never pushy. We also appreciated his unique marketing strategies and his passion for the sale of our property. He was able to achieve a good result in a changing and unpredictable market. Andrew also supported us with valuable advice, personal and logistical support in dealing with a deceased estate under complex circumstances which went well beyond our expectations which was very much appreciated by our entire family. Could not recommend him highly enough.

Dan was very professional, helpful and courteous throughout the selling process. He clearly has a deep understanding of how the market operates and the different options available for selling property. We were selling at a volatile period which made price appraisal very challenging. Dan acknowledged the limitations of the advice he could give us in the market and was open with us about our prospects but we were impressed by his knowledge of local market conditions.On the day of the auction, Dan struck a good balance between not pressing us too hard and not allowing us to miss the best opportunity for selling the property. The advice Dan and his team provided on presentation of the property and their with contractors on repairs and presentation of the property meant it was presented in the most appealing way possible to prospective buyers.
