Linda achieved such an incredible result with an apartment on the Kingston Foreshore reaching 1 million dollars over the original reserve set. I knew she would be the best agent to achieve the figure I had in mind and she did so with ease. I couldn’t recommend Linda Lockwood any higher! Fantastic agent from Canberra best agency by a country mile. I will also not that Linda was patient with all the difficulties I endured on a daily basis with my neurological conditions at times a total loss of memory and cognitive forgetfulness ect. Nothing was ever an issue and this is even more important that achieving my price result and sale. Something I wish to thank her for dearly and will not forget

Bree and Chloe were good to deal with during the property inspections and finalisation prior to settlement. Most questions were followed up with the owners. We would have appreciated an earlier follow up on our interest in the property.

Dan did a good job in a tight market with a sepperated couple selling. He managed one buyer and was able to advise up on the market and how to deal with the buyer. It was challenging when an offer was accepted and the contracts did not exchange promptly leading to a loss of sale price of 15k. I believe some of this should be comming out of his commission.
