So professional. Dan disclosed issues about the property straightaway without being prompted, whereas an agent with a listing in the same building was either unaware of, or was hiding, those same issues. We made an accepted offer on another property through that other (non-Belle) agent, and that other agent then used that offer to shop for better offers and gazumped us. We went back to Dan, he was always totally up-front with us, he showed us two separate properties, highlighted the pros and cons of each, and managed the process in a friendly and professional way, leading to a quick purchase. When it comes time to list that property, we'll call Dan at Belle.
