On auction day Bree did a wonderful job of calming our nerves as much as you can at an auction, and we secured the home that we fell in love with. Steve managed to sell our principal residence throughout the worst of Covid 19 in the end an excellent result through persistence in finding the right buyer Steve also sold an investment property of ours in January 2021 after marketing with a tenant proved difficult for some months having the apartment styled to make it very appealing sold from the 1st open home we could not wish for more.

Bree was fantastic - she did a great job marketing our property and making sure it had wide exposure, beautiful photos, and reached the highest number of buyers possible. We had fantastic numbers of people through and a good number of registered bidder at auction, which achieved our dream price. What we most liked was how there weren’t many games for buyers: Bree knows the market and is upfront with buyers about what the property is worth. That felt more authentic for us and better for buyers.
