Feedback for Belle- Leanne and Tom Palmer selling 27/81 Crozier Circuit Kambah, ACT 2902 I was recommended to use Belle and delighted that I did. I approached Tom last November knowing that I did not want to sell before March. I was greatly impressed with Leanne and Tom’s appraisal and marketing approach and decided not to seek other appraisals. From the start Leanne and Tom saw the key attraction of my house, its quiet location bordering the Murrumbidgee Golf course with hill views beyond. Country life but in the city. Leanne and Tom’s marketing plan was excellent, especially the use of drone photography confirming location and the community’s swimming pool and ball court. Provision of a ‘coming soon’ Notice Board in my back garden, facing the golf course, attracted some early enquiries and offers. Both photography and video were salient and the glossy, hard copy brochures very classy with complementary text. The web site was attractive and informative and easy to access. I had expected to be told that I should consider using a stylist to ‘modernise’ my home of mostly antique furniture but was relieved to hear I needed to do little. Leanne herself suggested the few things I could do (and I think the house looked better!). Throughout the campaign I was kept fully briefed on all its aspects and the interest shown by viewers and was never inconvenienced. They kept me realistic on the price I might get and on the day I was happy with the result. That the buyer came for QLD shows the effectiveness of Belle’s marketing strategies.
