The image that Andrew and his team presents is high class, the sign out front looked fantastic with the compliments of Belles modern and high class colours/style. Andrew shows he is experienced in the industry with many habits no longer seen in younger agents such as a congratulatory call on confirmation of deposit and the SOLD sticker being placed on the sign on the day with a photo sent through. Justin was extremely professional in all aspects of the sale and he was highly available throughout the whole process, keeping me regularly updated, sometimes numerous times every day, whenever new developments related to the sale took place. He often took time after hours to make contact about prospective buyers and sale related matters when necessary. His assistant Kasey was equally as dedicated to the sale of my home. She was always punctual to open home commitments, provided sound advice in relation to presenting the home for inspection, as well as providing me with assistance in all levels of the sale process.
