He gave us a very professional and realistic appraisal with clear explanations of the comparable properties he had identified. His sales strategy was excellent. It must have been. The house was sold after two open inspections and we were delighted with the price. But even before we went to market, Rob had sound suggestions for maintenance items and recommended very very good contractors for the work. We were also impressed with the team effort to produce the very best marketing photos and video. Rob was not only in constant communication, keeping us updated throughout, but also worked to move a potential sale along by assisting with identifying building and pest inspectors who could attend promptly.

We were happy with communication from agaent up until sold. Then did not hear from them or get the opportunity for agent to be there to put sold sticker on sign. He told me to pick up sicker and put it on sign for our personal photos and then remove sold sticker again
