Tim has sold 4 properties for us in the last 2 years. I like to be contacted about each OFI, which I was very happy to receive. Each time I have listed with Tim we have tried and got the best deal possible and I know that Tim exhausts all avenues to do this. We have been extremely happy with all our outcomes.
