Brett did an excellent job. Although he was "working" for the vendor he had our (the purchaser) interest at heart as well. I know that a sale is at risk if both sides aren't worked but he did it with ease maintaining the dialogue right through.

We had become accustomed to all the airbrushed online adds from other agents and the disappointment when you actually attended an open house. The property was well presented in the add but true to life and, rather than being disappointed, this allowed us to appreciate and explore the properties features. The agent, Brett, was very down to earth and able to give good information about the property and area. The actual sales was a little painful, however this was due to our loan structure and the vendors conveyancer, rather than the agent.
