What a great experience it was dealing with Cathy and her team! We have found agents can be disingenuous and even ‘bullish’ in their dealings however upon meeting Cathy for the first time (when we were not even looking to buy/sell) we were both struck by her pleasant manner, honesty and warmth. After this first encounter, we had no questions about who we wanted to deal with when buying/selling. She went above and beyond to find us our “dream” home. She qualified our needs and only showed us properties that met the brief. She was always polite, sincere and open. Cathy Baker is an outstanding agent- no question. However her team also deserve a considerable mention. They work seamlessly together. They gave us just enough information to keep us informed, without overwhelming us unnecessarily with all the behind-the-scenes details.
