I approached Cathy with a formidable challenge when it came to selling one of our investment properties in Macmasters Beach. From our initial call on a Thursday, Cathy, Laura and the Belle team had the property cleaned, styled, photographed and on the market ( email, socials, platforms, brochures etc) by the following Thursday, held the first open on the Saturday and the property was sold unconditionally on the Monday for an outstanding result.
