We had a great experience working with Lachlan and Andrew on the sale of our house. They communicated clearly throughout the process and made sure we were always across progress and next steps. From the outset, they had a good feel for our property and how best to take it to market. Their strong knowledge of the local area and market was also evident throughout the campaign. They took a collaborative approach, were friendly and easy to deal with and always happy to help with any of our questions along the way. We had previously dealt with them when purchasing the property, which gave us the confidence to choose them when it came time to sell, and we were very happy with that decision.

We decided to use Lachlan and Andrew as our agents when selling our house as we had a good experience dealing with them when we initially purchased the property. They’ve been excellent to deal with, providing honest feedback and being consistent with communicating throughout the whole process. Always pleasant and quick to respond to any of our queries. We would recommend their expertise to anyone looking to put their house on the market in the area.

We recently bought our home in Point Clare through Andrew McDonald from Belle Property, and the experience was exceptional. Andrew was incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish. He was completely flexible with our requirements, accommodating multiple site visits so we could bring in contractors for renovation quotes. Andrew willingly adjusted everything to our timeframe, making the entire buying process seamless and stress-free. We highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a top-tier agent on the Central Coast! Thank you, Andrew, for going above and beyond to help us get a head start on our renovation plans—we truly appreciate your support!

We would like to thank Andrew Macdonald for his professionalism and dedication in helping us sell our property. Although the final sale price was not as high as we had initially hoped, we understand that the current global economic conditions have created challenges in the property market. Throughout the entire process, Andrew was honest, knowledgeable, and always kept us informed. His guidance, patience, and hard work helped us successfully close the deal, and we truly appreciate all the support he provided along the way. We highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy real estate agent. Thank you again, Andrew!

In a hard situation where I was forced to sell the house an relocate my mother into a nursing home I contacted Stephanie Camilleri who I had previously had an appraisal done with my unit in Randwick at the Belle Randwick office, Stephanie was able to put me in touch with Dylan Norman on the coast and Belle was able to provide me with a broader reach than using a more local coverage than some of the local agents in the peninsular and provided me with excellent assistance I required for the sale.
