Persistent knowledgeable, and communicative. Andrew helped us to prepare the house with good advice. He scouted around for clients and arranged the open houses specifically. We called him early after on accasion - but he always called us promptly when he had updates on responses. The auction produced a disappointing result (only one bidder), but his advice afterwards was beneficial, and he went straight back to the sales process. Open house 2 days later, and people showed up out of as well. As a result, 2 offers - and an unconditional offer. Very pleased.
