Simon Furnari understood our situation from the start and worked very hard to maximise our sales result in a very difficult environment. The marketing was fantastic which ensured lots of enquiry and interest. In the end we could see that no stone was left unturned and what we achieved at auction was the absolute maximum we could have achieved for our property at this time.
