We were purchasing using a buyers agent, so we didn’t have much contact with Johnathan. When we did however he was prompt, professional and did not mess us around. We give 4 stars as following the exit inspection there were quite a few of the previous tenant belongings left in the property. I am sure Johnathan and Belle property will rectify this soon, otherwise good service.

Feedback more than testimonial. - The sales process for me finishes when I own the property, I may still require agent assist. If that does not happen I will not rate the same as I do now. This survey should be asked post settlement to ensure your team deliver a complete service. Not just one thats there until the time where your fees are locked in. Unconditional Sale means agent get fees, it is not until settlement where the owner or purchaser are at the end of their experiance. I hope that your office doesnt drop the ball now, I settle in approx 15 days. Hope this helps. Luke
